The staff was professional, courteous, and caring. The location was perfect, just steps away from the metro entrance and surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the food was delicious. The rooftop bar and pool were also highlights.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a rooftop pool with fine views and a beautiful bathroom with luxurious products. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to shopping and restaurants. the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

There were a few negatives. The TV channel selection was limited, and I couldn't connect to Netflix, a bit disappointing.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in the snob Salamanca neighborhood. It is in the upscale area of this city, making it the best area for shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were perfect. The staff were helpful and provided excellent service.

The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit patchy at times.

We had a fantastic stay at Gran Hotel Velazquez. The spacious nice furniture and the bathroom had high-quality toiletries. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the location was perfect, with great local restaurants nearby. The hotel bar and restaurant attracted a trendy crowd, making for a vibrant atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment you walk into this elegant venue, you are greeted with impeccable attention to detail and first-class services. the Spa & wellness center exceeded my expectations with a wide range of treatments and facilities such as sauna, steam room, and massage. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect places to relax, soak up some sun, and enjoy the breathtaking view.

While everything about this hotel is exceptional, there was only one minor problem that I experienced. the plunge pool was a little bit cold, and the water pressure in the shower could be better, but these were minor points overshadowed by the overall quality of service and luxuries at this venue.
